In case of any dispute regarding Online Payment, same will be settled as per the decision taken by the present committe of Sankalp Kolkata.
Any mistaken transfer by error, can be reported to the official email id and the matter will be taken into considertaion on priority basis. The amount may be refunded on demand through Cheque / RTGS within a period of 30 days, if the issue is resolved.
Final decison on Cancellation of membership shall be decided by the committee.
Funds accepted as Donation are not liable to be returned or refunded.
