Executive Meeting

Team Sankalp meets regularly to discuss about future prospects and how to make sure that each event is helpful to the society. They are always finding the best possible way by which Sankalp can lend a helping hand and serve the society in best possible way.
One more executive meeting was conducted on 15th January 2023 at Haldiram Kakurghachi. In the presence of 9 members present that day, following points were discussed.
- Sankalp Kolkata will organize flag hoisting ceremony at land venue on Republic day along with sapling plantations.
- To organize a Holi meet and Laughter gettogether at Vivah Banquets on either 25th/26th of March depending on the availability of banquet. Mr. Prakash Singhi, Mr. Sourabh Lakhotia & Mr. Balchand Dugar have been appointed as the convenor of the event.
- Decision was taken to start the clinic at the earliest. However the final date is yet to be confirmed.
- Discussions on various initiatives to increase the membership strength.
- Membership for Ladies Wing was fixed at Rs.1100.
